Climate Change Art & Community Gathering
Managing the emotional, physical, and relational aspects of climate change can be isolating at times. Sometimes we can feel paralyzed, stuck, pessimistic, or hopeless about the state of natural world. It can be easy to wonder if we are the only ones who feel the way we feel about climate change, but you're not alone. This monthly gathering meets online and provides a space for community, art-making, and connecting with one another about themes related to climate change. The first hour is spent making art together based on a general climate-related theme, and the final half hour allows space for optional sharing about your art process. This monthly gathering isn't therapy, but it can provide a space to find solidarity and connection in community.
